Shipping is a single charge of £1.95 for orders up to £60 to any UK address.
Free shipping over £60
We use Hermes parcels carrier for most things,
Allow 2 - 5 working days for delivery.
Parcels are tracked and you will get a tracking link from Hermes by email once your item is on it's way.
We use Royal Mail for smaller items, in which case the item is recorded and will need to be signed for on arrival. Tracking numbers are not sent for Royal Mail items.
Refunds
Amy item can be returned within 30 days, in original condition, for a full, no quibble refund. This is in addition to your statutory rights. Postage, if charged, is not refunded and buyer pays return postage unless there is a manufacturing fault or the goods were not correctly described. Contact Eric Tel: 07990 874699
